Terms of Service

Tusklynk (tusklynk.com) is operated by The Havana Elephant Brand Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14531952, whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hello@contentlynk.com.

By using Tusklynk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Tusklynk is intended for people aged 18 or over, and accounts are available only to people aged 18 or over.

Tusklynk reads public blockchain ledgers (Base, Ethereum and Solana) and shows what a wallet holds and what its closed trades made or lost. Every figure is rebuilt from the public ledger, from hourly prices, and from lists of labelled addresses that their owners publish.

Tusklynk reports what already happened on a public ledger. It does not execute, advise, recommend, promote or take custody. In particular:

• Nothing on Tusklynk is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on Tusklynk is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
• Tusklynk does not place trades, route orders, hold funds or hold keys, and never asks for a seed phrase or private key.

Any decision you make using information from Tusklynk is your own.

Every figure is computed, and every figure has limits: histories are capped, some cost bases are unknown, gas is excluded, and coverage is shown in days. What each figure covers and what it leaves out is set out on our methodology page (tusklynk.com/methodology), which forms part of these terms. We do not promise that any figure is complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose, including tax reporting. Check anything important independently before relying on it. If a figure looks wrong, write to hello@contentlynk.com with the wallet address, the chain, and what the page said when you looked.

You can look up any wallet without an account. Features that remember things between visits, such as watchlists, need an account.

Tusklynk accounts are ContentLynk accounts. Signing in is done by ContentLynk, Tusklynk never sees your password, and ContentLynk's own terms govern your account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Each visitor has a daily allowance of wallet lookups and of profit-and-loss calculations, which is higher once signed in. Reloading a wallet you have already looked at that day is free. We may refuse, slow or block requests that exceed the allowance, that come from automated clients, or that would put the service or our data providers at risk. We may change the allowance.

You must not:

• try to get around the daily allowance, a rate limit or any other technical restriction;
• scrape the site or access it by automated means, except through a facility we publish for that purpose;
• resell or redistribute the site's output as a product of your own;
• interfere with, disrupt or attack the service or the systems it relies on;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, profile or expose any person.

The addresses and labels you save to a watchlist remain yours. You grant us only what is needed to store them and show them back to you. You can remove any entry at any time, which deletes it.

Where Tusklynk labels an address (for example, as belonging to an exchange), the label comes from a list its owner has published, and the source is shown. We do not name private individuals as the owners of addresses. If you believe a label is wrong, write to hello@contentlynk.com with your evidence. Corrections are free.

No paid plan is on sale at the date above. When one is:

• Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. Paddle's checkout terms apply to the purchase itself.
• Prices are shown at checkout, including VAT or sales tax where it applies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (tusklynk.com/refunds).

Paid plans buy computation, depth, retention, exports and capacity. No plan buys a recommendation, a placement or ranking, a verdict on any project, or the removal or softening of a label.

The Tusklynk software, design and written content belong to us or our licensors. Blockchain data is public, and we claim no ownership of it. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tusklynk in line with these terms. You may share links to Tusklynk pages and share cards.

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on third-party data providers whose availability we do not control. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. If we withdraw a paid feature you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of your payment.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that:

• We are not liable for any loss arising from a decision you make using information shown on Tusklynk, including trading, investment or tax losses.
• We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.
• Where the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to £100. Where you have paid, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms, in particular sections 6 and 7. You can stop using Tusklynk at any time.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will announce material changes on the site. If a change materially affects a paid plan you hold, we will tell you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
